My Role & Responsibilities
As Senior Product Manager for the site’s development build, I was responsible for:
Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinated efforts between design, engineering, content, and dealers from local mechanics.
Championed structured product development processes to support iterative builds and evolving requirements.
Delivery & Launch
Oversaw execution across milestones, ensuring alignment between technical feasibility and product intent.
Led user testing and refinement cycles to validate key experiences.
What I Learned
Low-fidelity experiments and being scrappy with resources are key to getting answers and validating hypotheses fast!
